  IICTSS will be held as a fully ONLINE conference. All presentations will be made ASYNCHRONOUSLY (by sending a presentation video). Pre-created presentations of invited speakers and other participants will be made accessible on the website on the day of the congress. The presentations will be uploaded to the IICTSS channel on the Izmir Academy account to be created on YOUTUBE. Participants are deemed to have allowed their videos to be uploaded on YOUTUBE by participating in the congress. They cannot make any claims or requests on this issue later.
